Digital Evidences was founded with a clear mission: to bring world-class digital forensic capabilities to Puerto Rico and the Caribbean region. We recognized that attorneys, law enforcement agencies, and individuals in our area needed access to the same sophisticated forensic tools and expertise available on the mainland, but with the added advantage of local presence, bilingual service, and deep understanding of the local legal system.
Today, we are one of the few firms in the Caribbean that holds certifications in Cellebrite, Berla iVE, and Magnet AXIOM, the three most important platforms in digital forensics. We have worked on hundreds of cases across criminal, civil, and family law matters, providing court-admissible evidence and expert testimony that has helped our clients achieve favorable outcomes.

SR. Rosario founded Digital Evidences driven by a passion for technology and a commitment to justice. With extensive training in digital forensics and certifications from the leading tool manufacturers in the industry, he has built a firm that delivers results attorneys and courts can rely on.
As the lead forensic examiner, SR. Rosario personally handles the most complex cases and provides expert testimony in state and federal courts. His ability to explain highly technical findings in clear, everyday language has made him a sought-after expert witness for both prosecution and defense teams across Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and Florida.
Fluent in both English and Spanish, SR. Rosario understands the unique needs of clients operating in the bilingual legal environment of Puerto Rico and the federal court system. He is committed to ongoing professional development and regularly attends industry conferences and training to stay at the forefront of the rapidly evolving digital forensics field.

St. Thomas, St. Croix, and St. John. We regularly handle cases from the USVI and are available for travel to the territory for on-site work and court appearances.
State courts in Florida and federal courts across any jurisdiction in the United States. Remote device submission is available, and we travel for depositions and trial testimony as needed.
